SMP Load Balance View
Function:
To display the CPU load balance among all processors.
Description:
This view displays a horizontal bar graph depicting the load balance between each processor in the system.
Ideally, all processors should share the burden of processing equally. However, some architectures nominate a processor to handle all the system I/O. This may cause that processor (usually the first) to be more heavily burdened than the others.
