The Print Jam Alert

Function:
To detect when a printer queue has stopped processing queued jobs.
Description:
For each printer queue, this alert tests the length of time the current top job has been at the top of the queue, that is, how long it has been printing. If the printer queue is enabled and a job has been at the top of the queue for more than the threshold number of seconds, the queue is probably jammed, and an alert will be generated. This threshold can be configured to suit the size of print jobs and the speed of available printers.
