Alert Notice
Column/Value Pairs
The table in the center of the alert notice contains supplementary information regarding the particular system condition that triggered this alert.
The Alert Library has more information regarding individual column/value pairs for each alert.
Command Buttons
Each corresponds to an alert response option.
Approving Recommended Actions
An action recommended by an alert notice may require your approval before execution. This facility ensures you have absolute control over operations which may have a major effect on the alerting system.

NOTE:
The SCO Doctor interface will read the EDITOR environment variable to determine the name of the editor program to invoke when the Edit response is selected. If your editor is defined to be a word processor, ensure you save the action script in pure text mode without any formatting. The action script is a TCL program fragment that can be modified or saved for later execution. To run a TCL script at a later time use the Tools, Command Execution menu option
or the -s doctor switch.
See the
doctor(DR)
manual page for more information.
