The Reboot Alert

Function:
To detect a system reboot.
Description:
At system startup, this alert is run immediately to determine whether or not the system was brought down cleanly. An alert will be generated in all cases. This alert will tell you if a remote system has been restarted, and whether or not it was brought down cleanly first. It, therefore, allows you to detect possible unauthorized reboots and to prevent potential problems caused by a system crash.

10 seconds (However, it will disable itself after having run once after each fresh reboot.)
