The Tunable Alert

To identify tunable parameters which are configured too low.
Description:
This alert is triggered whenever a tunable operating system parameter is approaching a critically low threshold. When tunable parameters are depleted, the system often fails in a catastrophic manner. It is highly desirable to configure a comfortable margin for all tunable parameters to account for peaks in usage patterns. The recommended maximum threshold level is 85%.
